I. Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

    If Butler Exclusive is at fault for any reason related to the booked service.

    If the client cancels the booking at least two weeks prior to the scheduled date.

I. For refunds based on Butler Exclusive's fault, clients must promptly notify us of the issue, and our team will investigate the matter thoroughly.

II. If the client cancels the booking with a notice of at least two weeks, a refund, excluding the deposit, will be processed.

I. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The deposit amount will be communicated during the booking process.

I. If the client cancels the booking within two weeks of the scheduled date, no refunds will be issued, and the entire amount paid, including the deposit, will be non-refundable.

I. Any amount paid in excess of the required deposit is refundable in accordance with the conditions mentioned above.

I. Clients must provide cancellation notices in writing, and the effective date of cancellation will be the date of receipt of the written notice by Butler Exclusive.

I. Once eligibility for a refund is confirmed, Butler Exclusive will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe.

I. Butler Exclusive reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes promptly.
