The following terms and conditions (referred to as the "Agreement") are entered into between Butler Exclusive (referred to as the "Company") and the Contractors in agreement with the Company.

This Agreement outlines the rules by which the Contractors and the Company must interact, and the services provided by the Contractors.

We make the following definitions in these terms and conditions:

• Terms and Conditions = Agreement

II. Contractors must have their own valid and up to date public liability insurance whilst providing services for the company.

III. The Company is not responsibility for any damages, claims, or liabilities resulting from the actions or services conducted by the Contractors.

IV. The Contractors are entirely responsible for their own tax obligations, National Insurance contributions and other statutory/legal requirements.

V. Contractors must ensure they honour their commitments with the Company. However, they retain the liberty to engage with other agents or clients, under the condition that such engagements do not impede their ability to meet obligations to the Company.

VI. Contractors are strictly prohibited from offering or accepting services directly to or from clients or customers of the Company, beyond the scope of their engagement with the Company.

VII. Contractors are not permitted to request customers of the Company to write reviews for any third-party websites.

VIII. Contractors are prohibited from participating in any activities may bring harm to any of the customers/themselves or negatively impact the reputation of the Company.

IX. Contracts must ensure they are always professional and presentable, in line with Company standards. This includes but is not limited to the full Butler Exclusive uniform (Company Apron, Bowtie, Cuffs, and Collar).

I. The Contractors are obligated to uphold the confidentiality of all sensitive information and/or client data acquired throughout their association with the Company.

II. The Contractors must refrain from disclosing any sensitive information or client details to any third party without approval from the Company first.

I. This Agreement may be terminated by either party with prior written notice of 14 days to the other party.

II. Following termination, outstanding payments will be made to contractors by the Company for services completed. However, payments will not be issued for services that have not been completed at the time of termination.

III. Upon termination, contractors must cease to prove services on behalf of the Company and must also return any Company property.

I. This Agreement will be subject to and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement will be exclusively resolved by the courts of England and Wales.

This Agreement represents the complete agreement between the parties and overrides any previous agreements or understandings.
